Prerequisites
Prerequisites vary depending on the course. Students
should read the description for any course(s) that is
of interest at the LSE website to determine if the course
will be taught as expected and to see if they satisfy
course prerequisites.
Courses
LSE's Summer School program is divided
into two three-week sessions. Students may apply to
one or both sessions and one course is taken per session.
The extensive range of courses covers the breadth
of the social science expertise available at the LSE.
This includes courses in Accounting & Finance,
Economics, English, International Studies, Law and
Management. Each course requires full-time participation
in order to cover all the required material, with
lectures usually taking place in the morning and classes
usually taking place in the afternoon. All Summer
School participants are considered part of the wider
LSE community and are integrated into the campus community.
