Netherlands: Sexuality and Gender Identity (SIT) -
Application, Visa & Costs
Application
Provider deadlines require students to submit
all application materials to AU Abroad by
March 15 (Fall and Full-year programs) and October
15 (Spring programs). In addition to the application
materials listed on our Apply
page, students are required to submit the following
materials for SIT’s semester application.
- Application
- Official University Transcript (including the
most recent semester)
- Two (2) academic references (submitted to AU Abroad
in a sealed envelope with the signature across the
seal)
- $50 non-refundable application fee (check or money
order made payable to SIT, or pay with Visa or Mastercard
by completing the payment portion of the application)
- Two essays for SIT application
- Letter to your homestay hosts
- Independent study project proposal
Visa Information
Students are responsible for contacting the Dutch
Embassy or Consulate to find out which additional
documents are needed to obtain a Student Visa.
