 |
Meet local students and learn the New Zealand
way of life! |
Application
Provider deadlines require students to submit all
application materials to AU Abroad by March 15 (Fall
and full-year programs; please note that this is two
weeks prior to our Enclave application deadline) and
October 15 (Spring programs). In addition to the application
materials listed on our Apply
page, students are required to submit the following
materials for AustraLearn's application:
Visa
In order to study in New Zealand, students must apply
for a student visa from the New Zealand Immigration
Service. AustraLearn staff will provide details on
visas during the pre-departure phase, however, it
is the student's responsibility to contact the nearest
New Zealand Diplomatic Post (such as the Embassy or
a local Consular Office) to learn about the application
process and to find out what documents are needed
to obtain a student visa. Full details on visa and
permit requirements, advice on rights to employment
in New Zealand while studying and reporting requirements
are available through the New Zealand Immigration
Service and may be viewed on their website.
