Ghana: Ashesi University and University of Ghana (CIEE) - Application, Visa & Costs

Application

Provider deadlines require students to submit all application materials to AU Abroad by March 15 (Fall and Full-year programs; please note that this is two weeks prior to our Enclave application deadline) and October 1 (Spring programs). In addition to the application materials listed on our Apply page, students are required to submit the following materials for CIEE's application:

• CIEE Application (Please note that you do not have to elect a transcript from the school of record.)
• Non-refunable application fee paid to CIEE
• University of Ghana Application Form (for Legon applicants only)

Visa Information

Upon acceptance, CIEE staff will provide students with a visa letter. As a part of the program fee, students will apply for their visas through the organization designated by CIEE to manage the visa process. Instructions will be provided upon acceptance to the program.
