Application

Provider deadlines require students to submit all application materials to AU Abroad by March 15 (Fall and Full-year programs; please note that this is two weeks prior to our Enclave application deadline) and October 1 (Spring programs). Due to the terms of American University's agreement with DIS, AU students are not required to complete the DIS application. Students interested in attending the Copenhagen program should complete the AU Abroad application on-line and submit the required application materials listed on our Apply page. In addition to the materials you submit for the Provider application, you must also submit:

Upon acceptance, AU Abroad and DIS will provide you with a registration packet that contains important information pertaining to the program in Denmark.

Visa Information

The aforementioned registration packet will include the necessary application forms to submit an application for a Danish Residency Permit. Students are responsible for contacting the Danish Embassy to find out which additional documents are needed to obtain the permit.

Costs

Information on program fees for AU Abroad Partners and Providers may be found here. More information on our fees can be found on our Costs page.
