Application
Application to the BADA program is operated jointly by the AU Department of
Performing Arts and AU Abroad. Students interested
in applying for the BADA program should meet with
Ethan Merritt at AU Abroad (merritt@american.edu).
Students applying to the program should complete
both the online AU Abroad application at the Apply
page and also the Sarah
Lawrence application materials. All materials
should be submitted to AU Abroad by the deadline.
Please note that for the BADA program, applications are due to AU Abroad by:
February 1 (Fall program)
October 1 (Spring program)
Visa Information
Upon acceptance, Sarah Lawrence College staff will provide students with a
visa letter. Either AU Abroad or Sarah Lawrence College will distribute the
letters to students. Students are responsible for contacting the appropriate
Embassy or Consulate to find out which additional documents are needed to obtain
a student visa.
