Japan: Waseda University - Application, Visa & Costs

Application

Partner deadlines require students to submit all application materials to AU Abroad by March 1st (please note that this is two weeks prior to our usual Partner application deadline). In addition to the application materials listed on our Apply page, students are required to submit the required materials for Waseda’s application. Submit all application materials to the AU Abroad office.

Please see the Waseda University guide for application details. Students interested in applying for Waseda must first meet with the AU Abroad office.

Visa Information

It is the responsibility of the student to complete the necessary visa documentation requested by Waseda University for entrance into the program and to obtain the correct visa needed to attend Waseda University. Students are responsible for contacting either Waseda University and/or the Japanese Embassy or Consulate to find out which additional documents are needed to obtain a student visa.
