Ireland: University of Limerick - Application, Visa & Costs

Application

Partner deadlines require students to submit all application materials to AU Abroad by March 15 (Fall and Full Year programs; please note that this is two weeks prior to our Enclave application deadline) and October 15 (Spring programs). In addition to the application materials listed on our Apply page, students are required to submit the following materials for the UL's application.

• University of Limerick Application Form
• Official University Transcript
• One Academic Letter of Recommendation
• A statement of ability to maintain yourself financially
• A letter of parental/guardian consent
• Four passport photographs

Cost

Information on program fees for AU Abroad Partners may be found here. More information on our fees can be found on our Costs page. Students are responsible for paying any non-tuition related fees of the Partner University directly to the Partner University. This includes housing if opting to obtain it through the Partner University.

Visa Information

Upon acceptance, on-site staff at UL will provide students with a visa letter. AU Abroad will distribute the letters to students. Students are responsible for contacting the Irish Embassy or Consulates to find out which additional documents are needed to obtain a student visa.
