Application
Partner deadlines require students to submit all
application materials to AU Abroad by March 15 (Fall
Programs) and October 1 (Spring programs). In addition
to the application materials listed on our Apply
page, students are required to submit the following
materials from UCM:
- UCM
Applications - Please make sure to fill out
this form completely and attach all the required
documentation listed in the application
- Course Selection Form
- An official transcript of all colleges/universities
attended
- Proof of Health Insurance in The Netherlands during
the time of your study
- Copy of the Photo page of your passport
- One passport-sized photos
Once an application has been received, UCM will carefully review the courses you have selected. Based on your academic
transcript UCM will decide whether you meet the course requirements for your selected courses. If not, we will try to reach
mutual agreement by offering alternative choices. Once you, your home institution and UCM agree upon your course selections,
you are officially accepted as an exchange student.
