Towering ancient obelisks dot Rome's skyline.

La dolce vita! Study in Rome, and you will do as the Romans do - enjoy a vast city that is a feast for the senses and the soul. Stroll down 2,000 year old streets, wander beautiful Italian gardens, visit cathedrals one more astonishing than the next, and simply take in the atmosphere of a place that was the center of the known universe for over 700 years.

Students directly enroll in John Cabot University, living and learning among a diverse student population from all over Europe and the rest of the world. AU students are encouraged to truly become part of the JCU student body by joining the club soccer league, the school newspaper staff, the school business club, or another student group.

Rome 's warm people and three millennia of history, culture, and cuisine captivate all who visit. You will see firsthand the many personalities of this at once ancient and thoroughly modern city. The frenzy of industry, the tumultuous political scene, the crazy cab drivers, and the whirlwind of cosmopolitan activity all contribute to making Rome an amazing city.

John Cabot University is a good match for students interested in Political Science, International Relations, Literature, History, Economics.

Students majoring or minoring in Communications, Art History, Italian Language, Italian studies and the Classics who want to study in Rome must apply to study at American University of Rome. Students interested in studying Business in Rome, beginning spring 2008, must apply to the new Rome business program.
