AU Abroad and the Kogod School of business are excited to offer AU students the opportunity to study at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, which located in the bustling center of Madrid. This Jesuit university was originally founded as a seminary in Comillas in 1890 before it was moved to Madrid. Students take courses within the Instituto Católico de Administración y Dirección de Empresas (more commonly referred to as ICADE), the department of legal studies and business, which was founded in 1956 and, today, is one of the premiere programs of its kind in Europe. This program offers students majoring or minoring in Business a chance to study in an exciting city at a top-rate university.
