Application
Partner deadlines require students to submit all application materials to AU Abroad by March 15 (Fall and Full Year programs; please not that this is two weeks prior to our Enclave application deadline) and October 15 (Spring programs). In addition to the application materials listed on our Apply page, students are required to submit the following materials for the Ben Gurion application.

Gurion Application Form
- One passport-sized photograph (affix to the application form with your name and passport number written on the back of the photo)
- Two official, sealed transcripts
- Two confidential academic recommendations in
sealed envelopes with this
form
- One personal recommendation with this
form
- Medical
Report
- Personal Statement (see application for instructions)
- Application fee of $55 (plus late fee, if applicable) made payable to “American Associates – Ben Gurion University.” Please be sure the applicant’s name appears on the check or money order.
Visa Information
Upon acceptance, Ben Gurion University will provide students with a visa letter if required. AU Abroad will distribute the letters to students. Students are responsible for contacting the Israeli Embassy or Consulate to find out which additional documents are needed to obtain a student visa.
