The beauty of Rome!

Founded in 1969 as an independent, coeducational, four-year institution, The American University of Rome is located in a beautiful villa located on Rome's highest hill, the Gianicolo, on the right bank of the Tiber River. The university has an international enrollment from all over Europe and its faculty comes from leading educational, business, and government centers throughout Europe and the United States.
