Visa Information

Upon acceptance, AUB will provide students with a visa letter if required. AU Abroad will distribute the letters to students. Students are responsible for contacting the Lebanese Embassy or Consulate to find out which additional documents are needed to obtain a student visa. More information about Visas can be found on the CAMES Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.

Participants are advised to obtain the appropriate visas for Lebanon and neighboring countries they plan to visit from embassies in their country of residence. Visas issued at the Lebanese borders are only valid for one month; however, you may obtain from the embassy in your country a two months visa, necessary to secure your stay in Lebanon through out the program.
