1st [this two weeks earlier than the typical summer
deadline].
Visa Information
U.S. citizens do not need to obtain a visa to visit Ireland, since the Program is shorter than the 90-day allowed visit period. Non-U.S. citizens requiring a visa for Ireland will be provided a letter by AU Abroad upon acceptance to the Program. Non-U.S. citizens are responsible for contacting the Irish Embassy or Consulate to find out which additional documents are needed to obtain a visa.
