Internships
in Madrid
(SIS-377-001S or SABD-391-004S; 3 credit hours)
Internships of two days per week provide a unique
opportunity to work and interact with Spaniards outside
the academic context, while at the same time including
academic requirements such as projects and papers.
Internships are an option for students with advanced
language skills. Language ability will be tested on-site.
Former participants have worked for international
banks and the Hispanic American Cultural Association.
There are a limited number of internships conducted
in English, which will be available for students participating
in the Language Immersion study track.
*** Students who wish receive credits towards a Spanish
Major or Minor for the internship course must take
this course on a pass/fail basis!***
